talking to the colleague who was from this section.. she suggested throwing everything into the miscellaneous file

elindra SG

the office assistant in my section with 2 o'level passes who just photocopies, deliver mail, and not much else gets paid about $800

Wah that is an easy job compared to childcare!

And you don't have angry or fussy parents breathing down your back too

deathwish SG

Mr Wallie or Wally izzit?

cassie SG

10 kliks? That's not too bad. There are still four months for him to train.

I assume that he's run at least 5km before in school road runs, etc? If so, then it's not too difficult to train him up to 10km. Just start him off with 2.4km and then slowly ramp up the distance week by week.

i'm outta running for at least 1 more week. wonder if i should torture myself with chinese i-dunno-what-it's-called massage and have my foot healed quicker?

Kuali Baba SG

That kind of pay is disgusting, and just by looking at my colleagues it isn't easy work trying to keep the kids engaged for just an hour.

You better take the proper amount of rest for your whatever injuries to heal fully. Rush things and you might get worse.

So far so good though, it's just spilled paint and cut-up bits of paper that we have to clean up.

tare SG

zzz friend want to torture himself no need to follow mah... The $150 is inflated the actual cost is probably like 20 bucks.

I think hes at least a good 20 kg lighter than me? Lets assume 3/4 my weight therefore at same fitness I jog/run 5km he shouldbe able to do 6.7. account for age + I'm really unfit, he should easily be able to do 10 =D
